1. The short version

• You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
• Prices are shown on every piece, and custom work is confirmed in a written quote.
• Every listing says whether a stone is natural or lab-grown.
• Idaho law applies to these terms.

2. Agreement

These terms are between you and Estaci Diamond LLC, d/b/a The Diamond Girls. Using the site means you accept them. You must be 18 or older to buy.

3. Our pricing

Prices are shown on every piece. Price breakdowns explain our costs and margin. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and will contact you before charging a corrected price. Prices for custom work are confirmed in a written quote.

4. Product descriptions and certification

Every listing clearly discloses whether a stone is lab-grown or natural, consistent with the FTC Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23). Grading reports come from independent labs (GIA/IGI) and reflect the lab's opinion. Metal, color and size may vary slightly from photos and renders. 3D ring-builder renders are approximations, not exact representations.

10. Diamond Girls Gives

5% of sales supports community-selected nonprofits. Votes guide quarterly allocation and carry no cash value. Estaci Diamond LLC makes final grant decisions and publishes the ledger annually. Votes are not a contest or sweepstakes.

11. Intellectual property

Site content, photos, The Diamond Girls name and logo, and all designs, including The Vault by Natalie Piccola numbered originals, belong to Estaci Diamond LLC or its licensors. Ownership and reuse of custom design files: [CUSTOM_DESIGN_IP_TERMS]

12. Reviews and content you submit
