1. Our commitment

Everyone deserves to understand what they’re buying. That includes being able to use this site with a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification, or however you browse.

2. The standard we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Current status: Partially conformant. Our review is ongoing; we do not claim full compliance.

3. What we’ve done

  • Added a skip link, visible keyboard focus and labeled navigation controls.
  • Adjusted gold text and form borders on light backgrounds and strengthened small body text.
  • Added reduced-motion support and screen-reader labels.
  • Added accessible feedback and error messages without CAPTCHA puzzles or accessibility overlays.
  • Provided a direct appointment alternative to the embedded ring builder. Captions and provider-controlled interactions remain subject to review.
