Quick Care Tips
🧼
Chain Cleaning
Lay the chain in a bowl of warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and lay flat on a clean towel to dry — never hang wet chains.

Clasp & Jump Ring Check
Inspect your clasp and any jump rings monthly. If the clasp feels stiff or loose, bring it in — a failed clasp is the #1 cause of necklace loss.
🚿
Remove Before…
Remove before swimming, showering, sleeping, and applying perfume or hairspray. Spray perfume first, then put on your necklace.
💼
Tangle-Free Storage
Hang necklaces individually on a jewelry stand or lay flat in a lined drawer. For travel, thread the chain through a straw and clasp it to prevent knotting.
🔍
Pendant Check
If your necklace has a diamond or gemstone pendant, have the setting and prongs inspected every 6 months. Pendants swing and bump more than rings, making prong wear common.
